custody after the first suspect was arrested. >> they are accused of burglarizing the warehouse belonging to the charity christmas for everyone. about $60,000 for the property was taken. investigators say they have found about half a stolen property. but they say some of it has probably been sold. >> a christian preschool and pleasanton is under investigation followed reports that a teacher tied up a two year-old child. a spokesman for center. christian preschool says the teacher, allow works there, a tape of the young girl and ankles and wrists, then took a photo of a child, after she refused to take a nap. school officials are not saying when that happened, but it all came to light 10 days ago, when the former teacher allegedly show the total to people at a party. >> among those a solid, the
